The start to enjoying the wines of Zotovich Vineyard. You only get to make a first impression once so we put extra love into producing our “ZOTO” brand wines. No shortcuts are used in their creation as 100% of the wine is made from our estate vineyard.

While this may be the most affordable way to experience our vines, our customers still receive all the high quality Zotovich Vineyards is known for. Flavorful. Delectable. Compelling, and proudly from Zotovich Vineyards.

2022 “ZOTO” CHARDONNAY

The introduction to our trinity of Chardonnays exemplifies the true flavors of the Sta Rita Hills. From an initial blast of lemon/lime with a freshness of salty ocean air, the aromatics of this Chardonnay showcase the maritime influence which hallmarks our vineyard.

The palate of our 2022 ZOTO Chardonnay holds a combination of ripe pear and lemon curd, with sweet red and green apple notes, complimented by a salty/sea spray note of salinity with Zotovich Vineyard’s hall mark mineral note. This medium-bodied Chardonnay finishes with pure fruit and limestone notes through the long finish. This Chardonnay ages in 100% neutral oak for 6 months.

2022 “ZOTO” PINOT NOIR

Our ZOTO Pinot Noir is blended from the softer, less structured barrels produced from each vintage. This creates a lighter bodied wine, easy to drink, intensely perfumed and highly enjoyable for many occasions.

The 2022 is such a delight to drink with a mix or light red and black cherry, cola berry and rose petal, with notes of hibiscus tea, white pepper, vanilla and leather. Our signature bright acidity lifts the fruit and spice notes and carries them through a long, long finish framed with perfectly balanced, ripe tannins.
